Our Service
To make sure we provide you with the kitchen you need we follow a process from when you contact us to the final step with you enjoying your new kitchen. To start off this process you need to contact us, ideally by completing
My Kitchen Needs Questionnaire. Ideally you already have your kitchen plan or even a sketch and can email this to us. We can then supply you with a competitive quote. If not and you need a home survey we can have our kitchen partner in your area call you.

Measure up
The starting in any new kitchen is a kitchen survey. You can do this yourself and send us a sketch, we can then do a kitchen design for you. Alternatively you can have your builder or fitter do a home survey.
Kitchen Design
When you send us your sketch or plan or following a kitchen survey we will do a full CAD design and 3D images of your new kitchen. We can send you some images of how your new kitchen will look. You can then review it and send us feedback to adjust the design to suit. Then a finalised design can be done for you.
Personalisation
Following the kitchen design you can visualise your new kitchen. You can then see how the kitchen has been designed for you and you can add further aspects to the kitchen design so as to personalise it. This may be to have curved corners, matching skirting board, matching color extractor hood or some other aspect to turn your kitchen into the one you will be proud of and above all make it your kitchen.
Technical Survey
Once you have agreed to the design and price a vital part in the process is that you double check the plan against your kitchen, called Technical Survey. This should be done by the person fitting the kitchen. This is where the fitter does some checks to make sure that they are familiar with your kitchen. Even if you care doing a DIY kitchen and know your kitchen, it is well worth spending the time to review the plan and plan how you will fit it. During the technical survey the fitter will also discuss with you any other work that you may need such as moving electrics, plumbing, tiling or any other aspect of your new kitchen. At this time you should set a provisional date for the fitting.
Kitchen Manufacture
Once your kitchen has been fully specified and the order confirmed we then do a complete parts list. This is sent to the factory so that your kitchen can be added to the production plan. There will be at least 2 factories involved, the cabinet manufacture and the kitchen door factory. All of these are made to order, this is why we can offer a designer kitchen to your requirements rather than holding standard stock sizes. All our products are made to the highest standards and we review the
quality control at the factories regularly. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to manufacture your kitchen.
Kitchen Fitting
You will have an agreed date for your kitchen fitting. The fitting usually take 3-4 days depending on the size of the kitchen and its complexity. Once the kitchen fitting is completed make sure you have received the certificates for electrics and any gas installation that has been done, even if you do a DIY job you need these certificates.
Satisfied Customer
Once your kitchen is fitted with a job well done, sit back, relax and enjoy your new kitchen.
